Room hire FEES

Please call the club during opening hours to check availability. We can then pencil the date in our diary for you. To confirm the booking a deposit is required along with a completed booking form.

RULES OF BOOKING:

1. The room hire charge is £30 where no bar is required (guests are welcome to use our bottom bar).
2. Where bar is required the hire charge is £40 (refunded on night if bar takings exceed £500).
3. All hirers will be asked to pay required fee in full to secure booking.
4. Verbal bookings will only be classed as provisional until a completed booking form is received and fee paid in full.
5. Hirers are welcome to bring buffets/caterers/food for functions. 
6. Food warmer available at a cost of £20.
7. Kitchen available to prep food at a cost of £50.
8. All drinks must be bought from the bar. 
9. Special arrangements can be made for champagne, wines, etc. corkage will be charged @ £4.50 per bottle.
10. The hirer will take full responsibility for the conduct of all guests attending the function.
11. Cancellation, the booking fee will be refunded in full for cancellations made and received at least 28 days in advance.
12. A full refund will also be given if we have to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control.
13. The Hirer will be held responsible for any damages or loss of furniture, equipment and shall pay on demand, the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.  
14. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled or pinned in any way to the walls, doors or any other furniture.
